On November 27, the China Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Conference was held in Baotou, Inner Mongolia. Zhang Chuanwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Mingyang Group, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a speech at the opening ceremony. Zhang Chuanwei said in his speech that new energy is driving a profound green industrial revolution, and carbon neutrality is reshaping the global trade pattern. Mingyang, as a participant, promoter and witness of the great practice of promoting modern energy industry economy in Inner Mongolia, especially participated in the green practice of Baotou City to build a world-class new energy industry base, accelerating the promotion of the strong chain action and the high-quality integrated development of industrial economy. Hydrogen energy, as an important strategic link in this green revolution, can realize large-scale consumption of new energy, peak load regulation of power grids, and cross-season and cross-domain energy storage, and extend to major scenarios such as materials, raw materials and green chemicals.



Zhang Chuanwei said that hydrogen comes from the grassland. Inner Mongolia has unlimited wind and solar resources, which can be converted into cost advantages for green electricity and hydrogen production based on the advantages of wind and solar resources and equipment clustering, promoting the large application scenarios of energy to materials, raw materials and then to "hydrogen ammonia alcohol", and then cultivating a systematic equipment industry for hydrogen energy equipment from production, storage and transportation to hydrogen ammonia alcohol green chemical industry, realizing the high-end extension of hydrogen energy industry and value chain. Mingyang will play a leading and driving role as a leading backbone and chain leader, focus on the high-end technology and application scenario of hydrogen energy industry equipment, and help Baotou build the first full-scenario green hydrogen innovation city in the country.

According to reports, the conference attracted nearly 100 companies from upstream and downstream of the hydrogen energy equipment industry chain across the country to gather together to discuss how Baotou can promote industrial transformation and upgrading, provide reference experience and models for the development of the national hydrogen energy industry, and promote sustainable economic and social development and green transformation.
