Yangjiang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Lu Yixian visited Mingyang for investigation and research



On December 9, Yangjiang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Lu Yixian led a team to visit Mingyang Group for an investigation and research. He fully affirmed Mingyang's innovative development achievements in adhering to the manufacturing industry, and unswervingly supported Mingyang as the leader of the offshore wind power chain to take root in Yangjiang and become bigger and stronger, promote major innovative demonstration applications of green energy, and firmly occupy the commanding heights of industrial development.

                                                  


Lu Yixian first came to Mingyang Tiancheng Laboratory and went deep into the Digital Wind Tunnel Simulation Experiment Center, attaching great importance to the construction of Mingyang Digital Wind Tunnel Platform, the typhoon-resistant simulation load calculation of wind turbines, and the engineering application of deep-sea floating mooring systems. He then walked into Mingyang Digital Energy Center and asked about the full life cycle operation and maintenance of digital wind turbines to smart wind farms, how the marine ranch resists typhoons, and especially the operation and industrialization of the world's first "dual-rotor" floating foundation and energy island.



During the discussion, Zhang Chuanwei, Party Secretary and Chairman of Mingyang Group, said that Mingyang and Yangjiang have set a precedent and benchmark for the high-quality development of offshore wind power in Guangdong, laying a solid foundation for the good situation of global offshore wind power in Guangdong. Mingyang is deeply grateful for the cultivation and support of the Yangjiang Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and is determined to be a good chain leader, implement "chain supplementation, chain strengthening, and chain extension", build an offshore wind power high-end equipment industry cluster, promote large-scale demonstration and application of major scientific and technological innovations, and contribute Mingyang's wisdom and strength to Yangjiang's creation of a "green energy capital and a famous city on the Maritime Silk Road".

Lu Yixian said that Yangjiang has firmly grasped the trend and strategic opportunities of green and low-carbon development, anchored the "dual carbon" goal, and built a multi-energy green energy supply system with offshore wind power as the leader. He said that Yangjiang is planning to build a green energy demonstration industrial park that will be the first in the province and even the country, accelerate the gathering of green industries, form new quality productivity, and accelerate the creation of China's green energy capital. Yangjiang firmly supports Mingyang as the leader of the offshore wind power chain to take root in Yangjiang and become bigger and stronger, promote major innovative demonstration applications of green energy and zero-carbon industries, and firmly occupy the commanding heights of industrial development.
