Assisting the construction of green parks! Another rooftop photovoltaic project of Mingyang Photovoltaic Glass was successfully connected to the grid

Recently, another rooftop distributed photovoltaic power generation project using Mingyang photovoltaic glass was successfully connected to the grid at Tieshan Road, Jimei District, Xiamen. The construction area of the project is 33,949.39 square meters and the land area is 70,055.8 square meters. The construction of the photovoltaic power station was carried out using the roof area of two newly built steel structure workshops of Zhonglin Machinery Co., Ltd. under the Lilin Group.

Beautiful and practical, two-handed

The roof is made up of 4,700 pieces of Mingyang's light-transmitting power-generating glass. Looking down from the sky, it looks like a mysterious "mirror in the sky". It is not only beautiful in appearance, but also has the unique function of converting sunlight into electricity. Under the sunlight, these high-tech glass panels absorb light energy and efficiently convert it into a continuous supply of green electricity, perfectly integrating energy technology and architectural aesthetics.

Safety and economy go hand in hand

In terms of safety, BIPV (Building Integrated Photovoltaic) has demonstrated excellent performance, with multiple protection features such as anti-leakage, anti-corrosion, fire prevention, typhoon resistance and anti-attenuation, providing a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power station. In particular, the system adopts an innovative design, with the top surface of the guide rail slightly higher than the photovoltaic module, effectively avoiding water accumulation and foreign matter intrusion, thereby further improving the safety performance of the power station.

In terms of economic benefits, the project adopts the operation mode of "self-generation and self-use, and surplus power is connected to the grid". This not only optimizes the energy structure and reduces the company's dependence on traditional energy, but also brings significant economic benefits to the company. It is estimated that the average annual power generation of the project is about 429,300 kilowatt-hours (KWh), and the cumulative power generation over its full life cycle (25 years) is expected to reach 10,732,560 kilowatt-hours (KWh). This expected power generation will significantly reduce the company's energy costs and significantly reduce pollution and damage to the environment.

In the era of green and low-carbon development, photovoltaic technology has become one of the key technologies for parks to achieve carbon neutrality and carbon peak goals. With its excellent performance and reliable quality, Mingyang photovoltaic glass has been successfully applied to many green park projects, such as the Zhongshan Electronic Base Roof Project, Mingyang Group Park Project, BGI Project and Shenzhen Ruihe Project.

Mingyang Thin Film Technology will continue to deepen its research and development and application in the BIPV field, and is committed to providing professional and complete one-stop solutions for green parks, and jointly open a new chapter of green development.
