Tsinghua SEM-Ming Yang Group Leadership Talent Training Program Completed

From November 8 to 10, the Tsinghua SEM-Ming Yang Group Leadership Talent Training Program completed its last learning module in Beijing and graduated successfully.
                                                  


Zhang Chuanwei, founder, party secretary and chairman of Mingyang Group, and Li Jizhen, vice president of Tsinghua SEM, attended the graduation ceremony and delivered speeches. Liu Lianyu, deputy party secretary of Mingyang Group, Zhou Qifa, senior vice president, Zhang Juan, project director of Tsinghua SEM Executive Education Center, Gao Shanshan, alumni supervisor, and Wang Bin, class teacher, attended the graduation ceremony. Yi Lingna, vice president of Mingyang Group and secretary general of CEO Office, and Zhu Wei, project director of Tsinghua SEM Executive Education Center, presided over the graduation ceremony.


Li Jizhen said in his summary that the training lasted nearly three years, with a long time span, in-depth thinking and communication among trainees, and a good completion rate of assignments. The training invited 27 famous teachers to teach, and promoted the comprehensive growth of trainees through multiple learning methods such as corporate visits, action learning, and business war simulations. He believed that this valuable learning experience would become the most solid foundation for everyone's future life. With the continuous development of Mingyang Group, the demand for high-end talents is also increasing. He hopes to continue to strengthen cooperation with Mingyang Group, and also looks forward to all trainees continuing to carry forward the school spirit of Tsinghua University, persist in lifelong learning, and continue to create greater achievements and more brilliance in the future.


Zhang Chuanwei sincerely congratulated all the students on their successful completion of the course, and expressed his gratitude to all the experts and professors of Tsinghua University for their generous teaching. He said that everyone achieved unity of knowledge and action and personal growth through "applying what they learned", which also promoted the continuous progress of Mingyang Group: the company continued to innovate in technology, continuously expanded its industrial layout, and was steadily moving towards a world-class company, and gained wide attention in the international market. Zhang Chuanwei expressed the hope that the students would "not graduate after completion", persist in lifelong learning, uphold the development vision of "becoming a global leader in clean energy intelligence and inclusive system", maintain the spirit of innovation and struggle, make more contributions to promoting energy security and energy transformation, promoting green development and the progress of human zero-carbon cause, become leading reformers on the green track, and shape a wonderful life.


Student representatives Wang Dongdong and Wang Yongzhi said in their speeches that this study has improved their thinking, expanded their international vision, shaped their strategic vision, and integrated what they learned into the daily operation and management of the company, leading the team to improve. They expressed their gratitude to the teachers of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management, and said that they will continue to learn in the future, constantly improve their comprehensive personal abilities and leadership, live up to their youth, forge ahead courageously, use green energy to create golden value, realize blue ideals, and jointly write a new glorious chapter for Mingyang Group.

Zhang Chuanwei and Li Jizhen presented study certificates and alumni cards to student representatives. Zhou Qifa, Liu Lianyu, Wang Bin, Zhang Juan and Gao Shanshan presented awards to students who received relevant awards at the graduation ceremony. Gao Shanshan introduced alumni rights to the graduates.
