Zhang Chuanwei attended the "Understanding China" international conference and delivered a keynote speech



On December 3, the 2024 "Understanding China" International Conference was grandly opened in Guangzhou. President Xi Jinping sent a congratulatory letter to the conference. Li Shulei, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Secretary of the Central Secretariat, and Minister of the Central Propaganda Department, Huang Kunming, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Party Committee, Liang Zhenying, Vice Chairman of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Zheng Bijian, Founding President of the China National Innovation and Development Strategy Research Association, attended the event. Under the guidance of President Xi Jinping's new energy security strategy of "four revolutions and one cooperation", China's new energy development, especially major equipment technology, has taken a leap from following to running side by side and then to leading, becoming the largest country in new energy manufacturing and installation, and an important promoter of the world's energy transformation. China's new energy intelligent manufacturing and creation are lighting up the "New Silk Road" along the "Belt and Road" and benefiting people of all countries.




Zhang Chuanwei pointed out that China has formed the world's largest new energy industry chain, significantly reduced the cost of new energy utilization, and provided affordable renewable energy technology and product options for countries around the world. China's new energy industry has developed real skills in open competition and has made great contributions to global response to climate change and green transformation. Mingyang is fortunate to participate in the great practice of China's energy revolution. It has always adhered to the new energy industry and created a series of new energy scenarios and model innovations such as the Three Gorges on the Plateau, the Three Gorges on the Sea, and rural revitalization. It is reported that the "Understanding China" international conference has become one of the most influential platforms for the world to understand China's development strategy. It is co-organized by the China National Innovation and Development Strategy Research Association, the Chinese People's Institute of Foreign Affairs, and the Guangdong Provincial People's Government. More than 600 guests, including world-renowned politicians, scholars, industry leaders and representatives of international organizations gathered in Guangzhou to discuss in depth China's responsibilities and actions in the new era around the theme of "Carrying out Reforms to the End - Chinese-style Modernization and New Opportunities for World Development".
