Zhang Rui, Director and Senior Vice President of Mingyang Smart Energy, attended the talks. The two sides conducted in-depth exchanges on cooperation in the field of new energy and signed a cooperation framework agreement, discussing new development paths around innovative models for the development of offshore wind power and onshore wind and solar resources.
Huang He expressed his gratitude to Mingyang Smart Energy for its support and help to Tibet Company. He introduced the development profile of Tibet Company and the "5231" development goals. He hoped to strengthen communication and cooperation in key areas and fields that both parties are compatible with, establish a long-term mechanism, carry out all-round, multi-field and in-depth strategic cooperation, and jointly promote win-win development for both parties.
