Xian Hui and his party first walked into Mingyang Smart Energy Center to learn in detail about Mingyang's full life cycle operation, maintenance and value management from digital wind turbines to smart wind farms. "How many levels of typhoons can it withstand?" "What are the actual application scenarios of marine ranches?" Xian Hui attached great importance to and asked about Mingyang Group's innovation, industrialization and application demonstration of the world's first "dual-rotor" floating foundation and wind turbine, and listened carefully to Mingyang's introduction to technology research and development, application of results, talent training and other fields.

At Mingyang Tiancheng Laboratory, Xian Hui went deep into the digital wind tunnel simulation experiment center, stopped to observe, and asked in detail about the construction of Mingyang's digital wind tunnel platform, the calculation of typhoon-resistant simulation loads for wind turbines, and the engineering application of deep-sea floating mooring systems. After learning that floating wind turbines can be manufactured in an industrialized and modular manner, greatly reducing offshore operation time, and providing a safe, reliable, and low-cost solution for the large-scale and economic development of deep-sea offshore wind power, Xian Hui fully affirmed Mingyang's adherence to innovation-driven development, achieving innovative breakthroughs in new energy high-end equipment, major components, and key technologies, and achieving high-quality development.
