Mingyang's perovskite solar cell devices (inverted structure) has obtained third-party certification with a conversion efficiency of over 25%, reaching the world's leading level.

Mingyang Thin Film BIPV Products
At present, Mingyang has obtained the efficiency certification report of perovskite solar cell devices issued by Fujian Institute of Metrology (report number: 23Q3-00319), and the test results show that the conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cell devices (inverted structure) achieve 25.11%, reaching the world leading level for the inverted perovskite (PIN) structure.
Shaanxi Province's "Architectural Photovoltaic System Design and Installation Atlas" was edited by China Northwest Architectural Design Institute, with Mingyang participating as a participating unit, and approved by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development (Approval Number: Shaanxi Construction Standard Issue [2023 ]1007).
